Get Projects Done Course

Update Nov 30, 2015:

Thanks for the great response – we have enough people on board now. We will keep you posted on progress. Subscribe below for regular updates.

The “Get Projects Done Course” is an online course.

It is intended for all project team members. With the possible exception of the project manager. Unless they wish all their team members to take part. It teaches you how to get small projects done. And how to break large projects down into an interrelated collection of smaller projects. These projects can then be delivered by team members, while the project manage orchestrates the overall integration. I believe that project management skills can help everybody do their job better. And even more important, meet their goals by breaking them down into projects.

The course consists of 5 modules and 21 lessons.Everything that you need to do to deliver great small projects.

I have run projects for 28 years now and this is one of my best projects so far. I have delivered the course materials face to face many times already. Now I want to make it available to a bigger online community.

More detail to come.

For December, I want to beta test the course with a small group of people. You should be:

  1. Involved in project delivery. Preferably not a project manager
  2. Be willing to spend 2 hours per week for two weeks on the beta test
  3. Be willing to take part in a pre-selection Skype call of 15 minutes duration
  4. Give constructive feedback.

If you are willing to work with me to make this course even better, please enter your name below. Thank you and I look forward to speaking with you soon.
